Trainings – Personnel Development Centre

The task of the Personnel Development Centre consists in providing exhaustive advice in the conscious creation of human capital and the best-quality training service adjusted to Clients’ needs. Our services cover:

  • analysis of training needs
Audit of training needs facilitates the identification of competence gaps. The uncovered qualification deficiencies allow for establishing training priorities and the thematic scope of courses taking into consideration the perspective of implementation of the strategy of the given institution.
  • trainings
We offer a wide range of trainings aimed at creating specific skills and patterns of behaviour among the participants, and at acquiring practical knowledge. Conducted by experienced trainers and lecturers, our trainings, the subjects of which are many and varied, are run with the use of the most effective interactive methods such as workshops, lectures, practical classes, games, simulations, psychological and business trainings and case analyses.
  • Evaluation and monitoring of HR activities
Evaluation and monitoring of HR activities encompass: evaluation directly after the training (satisfaction of needs of trained employees), ex-post evaluation (assessment of the implementation of acquired knowledge), evaluation of the influence of the training on the personality and intellectual potential of an employee, evaluation from the point of view of efficiency of the trained organisation, and, finally, evaluation with the use of the 360◦ method. The evaluation will allow for objective assessment of the effectiveness of conducted actions.
  • preparation and management of training projects financed from aid measures
Training projects co-financed from aid measures commence with the diagnosis of training needs of the given organisation. Next, on the basis of a detailed report from audits, the program of trainings is formed, to be followed by the appointment of training staff and selection of training methods and tools. The successive step is aid in establishing possible resources from which the project will be financed and, if necessary, the preparation of an application for co-financing. The entire substantive and organisational preparation of trainings for particular groups of employees encompasses both the preparation and print of training materials, as well as the selection of training centres and supervision of qualified consultants during the training itself. The cooperation in the scope of management is crowned with the report drawn up by consultants from the Personnel Development Centre, compiling direct and long-term results of evaluation of conducted courses, trainings and workshops, with an indication of desired trends of further development of the training policy in a given organisation.
